Identities in Outlook Express
Ever wanted to have your own email account that deposits email where you want it? Don't want to have to create filters to handle email? Outlook Express makes this easy with identities.
Identities are like wallets for accounts - you create an identity (with a password if you want) and you can switch to this identity and get it to use your email accounts. This way you can have your own password protected inbox on the same computer as another person.

- Go to the "File" menu
- Choose the "Identities" option and then "Add New Identity"
- Create a name for the identity
- Once you have created a name Outlook Express will prompt you to change to that identity - so please do so
- You will now be prompted with setting up an email account for this identity
